ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

SET-UP & TAKE DOWN HOURS:

Friday Set-up 12:00pm  - 4:30pm    If additional time is required, please contact Show Chairperson.
   
Saturday Take-down 5:00pm  - 8:30pm
TAX: Dealers must collect Illinois state tax on all retail sales. No exceptions unless dealer's tax number is given on all receipts. A sales tax table will be provided all purchases must be bagged and itemized on a receipt. Please staple all bags closed. You must supply WEE "c" with your registration number or social security number, which we in turn must supply to the State of Illinois.

TABLES: 8 foot tables are available at $160.00 each. Each dealer will be limited to 1 helper for a single table reservation or three helpers for a double or triple table reservation. Sharing of tables is prohibited, and no extra tables may be set up by the dealers. Electricity and 2 chairs per table will be provided. There will be no smoking allowed in either the dealer rooms or in the exhibit room.

LIABILITY: Dealers and exhibitors expressly agree the WEE "c" Club, it's members, their businesses, and the exhibition hall will not be held liable or responsible for injury to persons, for any loss, damage, or injury of property which may result from fire, flood, theft, breakage, riots or malicious mischief which may occur before, during, or after the show.

Applicants and participants are hereby advised that the WEE "c" Club, it's members, and the exhibition hall will not carry insurance to cover injury, damage, or loss which may be sustained by participants, participant's personnel and/or guests.

Should the show be cancelled for any reason by the WEE "c" Club, this contract is null and void and Dealer/exhibitor waves all claims except table refund.

DOOR PRIZE & RAFFLE: There will be a grand prize raffle and a drawing for a door prize.
WEE "c" would appreciate donations for the raffle.

PROGRAM & CREDITS: A program will be distributed at the door which will include a listing of the dealers, showing names and addresses and show hours. Those donating raffle prizes will be listed.

SECURITY: At the completion of the show Friday evening, the rooms are secured. Please remember, however, that during show hours, you are your best security. Do not leave your sales table(s) unattended; volunteer hosts/hostesses will be available for relief. Remove all monies from your tables(s) each evening.

RESTRICTIONS: No dealer may use the Wee "c" show as a means of liquidating merchandise at significantly reduced prices.  Wee "c" reserves the right to restrict participation.

GOAL: The end results of this show will be that dealers and exhibitors will benefit by the interest shown in miniatures and that a local charity will receive a donation from the WEE "c" Club.

PUBLICITY: There will be a major publicity campaign carried on prior to the show which will include city and suburban newspaper releases. Craft magazines and miniature publications will be notified to include the dates in their show calendars. Listings will also be on www.myminiatures.com & the NAME website. Our website, www.weecminiclub.com, will include a dealer list.

ADVANCE POSTERS: Participating shops as well as local stores will be supplied with advertising material in advance of the show.

ELECTRICITY: If you will be requiring electricity, please bring your own extension cords.

HOTEL ROOMS: The WEE "c" Club has reserved a block of rooms at a special discount rate of $69 per night. The block of rooms includes Friday and Saturday nights.  If you would like to reserve a room, please contact the hotel directly at 847-437-6010. Mention Wee "c" Miniatures when making your reservation.  Reservations must be received by October 22, 2010.

CONTRACT: This contract cannot be assigned or transferred without the consent of the WEE "c" Club.

Since the number of tables is limited, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2010 unless the table can be resold.
